Get ready for a high-speed experience like no other! In 2024, this event began with two guys simply wanting to catch a race, but it quickly evolved into something much more. We decided to create a unique experience and invite friends, family, colleagues, and business partners for a day filled with fun, networking, and high-octane excitement. And, yes, we're doing it again. We look forward to seeing you in the Racing Capital of the World!

  • Exclusive VIP Access:  Your private invitation welcomes you and a guest to the legendary Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Invite a colleague, customer, or family member to share this extraordinary day.

  • Behind-the-Scenes Thrills: Get close to the action with access to pit lane and team garages.

  • Catch all the Action:  Our Gasoline Alley Suite #534 is in the center of it all. Enjoy indoor and outdoor seating, open bar, lunch, and snacks. If you like history, tour the newly-renovated IMS Museum.

9:00 a.m.    Gates Open

10:30 a.m.  Gas Alley Suite #534 Open

11:30 a.m.  IndyCar Series Warm Up 

12:30 p.m.  Lunch Served in Suite

4:30 p.m.    Green Flag

Travel, Tickets, Accommodations​​
​

  • 2024's Cars and Connections event was funded exclusively by your hosts, Tom Rodak and Dante Crowther. This year, tickets are $375 per person and 100% of funds are applied to event expenses. We love motorsports and are truly thankful to share this rare and exclusive racing experience with so many of our colleagues and friends.
     

  • Your race day experience includes: Race and suite passes, transportation to/from IMS, all IMS facilities, catered lunch and snacks, open bar, indoor and outdoor seating, and access to the pits and team garages.
    ​

  • Transport between IMS and JW Marriott will be provided on race day. Parking passes will be proved for local guests driving to the IMS.
     

  • Guests are responsible for flights, accommodations, and off-track meals.
    ​

  • No rental car needed. Downtown Indy is a short Uber from the airport.
    ​

  • Recommended hotels:

  • The Grand Prix is a road course race. Cars run rain or shine.
